Refund Policy

Introduction

Thank you for choosing RMSquare Innovation Private Limited (“Intellection”) as your one-stop solution with respect to your child’s education and future development. We are committed to providing top-notch services to our clients. This refund policy is applicable only for those persons (natural or body corporate) who have paid to avail services from Intellection (the “Clients” or “you” or “your”). This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for our solutions.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. Unsatisfactory Service: If the solution as selected by you and provided to you does not meet the specifications and requirements agreed upon in the contract, and the issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  2. Cancellation within Trial Period: Clients are eligible for a refund on a pro-rata basis if they cancel their subscription within the specified trial period mentioned in the agreement.


Refund Process

Clients seeking a refund will need to follow the following process for the same:

  1. Notification:

Notify Intellection in writing or via email expressing your concerns as well as specifying the reasons for seeking a refund against our services within the time frame of 48 Hours from the invoice generated. A dedicated email for such communications has been put in place and concerned may reach out at support@intellection.life to initiate this stage of the refund process.

  1. Investigation

Intellection will initiate an investigation into the reported issues or concerns as raised by you, and shall require your support to properly investigate the same.

  1. Resolution

If the issues are validated and informed in written via Email on the support@intellection.life within in the  48 hours of the times frame and cannot be resolved to the client's satisfaction, a refund will be processed

  1. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be determined based on the nature and extent of the issues reported, and it may be a full or partial refund.

The Refund Amount shall be calculated in accordance with the usage of Services provided by you, and the following shall be the criteria to determine the same:

Please note that the Refund Policy is applicable only in case of Institutions / Organizations / etc., and that in case of Individuals, no Refund shall be provided under any situation whatsoever. Please read the onboarding documents carefully prior to choosing a viable plan for yourself as an Individual.



Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the approval of the refund request via email. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the client's account may vary based on the payment method.



Non – Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to

  1. Customization services

  2. Training and consultancy services

  3. Third-party software license(s), if any.
